SOURCE: Replace rear wiper on 2005 Murano

You probably already figured this out, but you have to remove the wiper arm completely in order to replace the wiper blade.

The blades are an unusual size (somewhere around 14 1/2") and I believe they are only available from a Nissan dealership. They include printed instructions in the box but just in case, this is from the official Nissan service manual:

SOURCE: how do i reset my check engine soon light 2005

you can buy a code reader from an auto parts store that will give you the ability to reset the check engine light, or most parts stores have one that they use on customers cars at no charge. if you ask them to read which code your car is throwing, most of them will let you hit the button to clear the code. they aren't supposed to do it themselves for some reason, but from my experience they will let you.

Why does ATF leak from power steering system?

Seals worn and leaking or hoses damaged or hose connections leaking or hydraulic rack leaking. Need inspection to determine exactly where the leak, then buy replacement part(s) and have installed...and replacement power steering fluid too and consider replacing the serpentine belt that drives it at same time.

Your vehicle has an electric power steering system. More than likely you have a weak battery or faulty electric motor.

Power streeing rack leaking in nissan murano2005,how to repair it?

The usual technique is to loosen the toe-in adjustment nuts, then uncouple the steering tie rod ends with a tool like this

http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/attachments/1st-gen-tacomas/221662d1373081386-2001-taco-tools-diy-replacing-upper-lower-ball-joints-picture073.jpeg

then remove the tie rod ends, leaving the toe-in adjustment nuts in the same place on the threads to mark the adjustment position. The rubber bellows can then be cut off each end of the steering rack, and new ones slid along the tie rods and secured. You would then need a wheel alignment.

Note that on some cars the inside of the rubber bellows is not designed to retain the power steering fluid, this being done by a seal further in on the rack itself. If that was the fault, the rack would have to come out.

This job is far better done on a hoist, so you may want to take it to a repair shop.

Bought a 2006 murano. Worst car ever. Started smoking deal said was condensation. I thought valve seals. Then the rattle sound when accelerate. And furher more using power steerung fluid like crazy.

Hello;
Valve seals worn out will pass oil on deceleration and light on idle. Condensation is water and burns off when the exhaust gets hot. The rattle sounds like it's pinging. See if up grading you fuel octane helps. Power steering fluid use? Hmmmmt, his oil goes nowhere but in circles with the system, UNLESS! it's leaking or running through some vacuum controlled device. If this is the case, Your smoke may be your power steering fluid. Idea! Have it lifted on a hoist and ck the underside of the vehicle, see if power steering fluid is being sprayed or blown onto the exhaust. It's not far fetched and if could get answers for all you griefs. If you find anything, I would appreciate being advised. Thank you, Happy New Year, and Good Luck. - Ned

Hi:
Sometimes air gets into the power steering system, and can cause noises.

often, the technician that installed the hose, could ensure all the air is out, by having the car up off the ground, and turning the steering full left and full right, while bleeding the system, as well as making sure that it has 100% fresh fluid too.

Driver's power seat is stuck and would not move.

Hello,
First check the fuses. Then I suggest you remove all the bolts - lean the seat up - and tap on the electical motor if the fuses are good.

Also - call the local dealer and ask about any reaclls - have the VIN handy
