I found both fuse boxes but they dont identify to what the manuel says it looks like or where its at and my front windows don't rolldown only the back ones?

sound's like the motor is bad if you have someone turn it on as you stand by to hear the motor kick on would be the best way to know. if it is a good motor it is off track if that's the case turn it on and try to get it with a pair of needle noise pliars and pull it out.
