SOURCE: how to program 2005 toyota sequoia garage door

Hello.I will be glad to help you out.

Choose which of the 3 buttons you wish to use, on the car.

Take the remote transmitter, depress the actuator button, and continue to hold it until advised to release.

Depress the button, on the car, of your choice, and hold it down until advised to release.

Hold the garage door actuator (while holding the actuator button down) above the car's 3 buttons.

Rotate the door transmitter until the red light above the 3 buttons starts to flash slowly.

Stop moving the remote around when the light flashes slow.

Within several seconds, the same light n the car will now flash rapidly.

Release the car's button, release the transmitter button.

Verify that the door now operates..

SOURCE: My 2005 Toyota Sequoia rear

first decide if your going though the right things to turn it on as he key needs to be on for it to work with it on go back arounf=d and see if tryig to ust it makes it work if it does it may have been just stuck. After that your trying to detenine that made it stop. The fuse it theunder dash fuse apanel theres a circuit breaker they can fail if the wiper stayed stuck too long. Testing the fuse for power with a test light ( test light; an ice pick with a clear handle with a light bulb inside ad a grounding wire on the end with an allagater clip attached ) connect the light to ground and (look ) for power with the tip as it lights you( see) the power. You may have to look right at the wiper motor. With the cover removed on the rear lid youshould be able to see the motor for te wiper and its plug in connections. with the key on and the test light connected to a good ground, the light should light in all positions of the switch on one or another wire going into the motor. One wire will be ground and it should'nt light the light ( its black). If the ground is good and powers getting to it then the motors badand, take it with you to the parts store to get another one. Have them test yours and also show you the one their selling ou is ood as it's no fun to change it twice. You may decide to get a used one, after they tell you what they want for a new or rebuilt one. Make sur the used one works or that they;ll garentee it before you leave te used parts store ( Junkyard). They want to sell goodpartsand they'll tst yours and theirs too.

2002 toyota sequoia ac light blinking

You would need the shop manual to get the wiring diagrams to trace the circuit. I'm surprised Pep Boys did not go ahead and do the work.
You have to back-track from the compressor clutch to find out where the power is stopping and why.

2004 Toyota Sequoia AC Light Blinking

when you fit a compressor . after vacuuming the system for about an hour, you connect the gas up to the suction port and let the gas in
with the engine running and the ac switched on , when there is enough in the system the low pressure switch is turned on and the compressor starts to run sucking in more gas
The system is charged according to pressure gauges and not by the number of cans
now you are doing several things wrong
1-- there are 2 types of gas and if you used a wrong replacement unit , it will not handle the high pressures of the different gas
2-- if you used the no of cans method -- then liquid freon gets to the pistons in the compressor and hydraulic locks the system resulting in the destruction you describe
3--- did you put oil in the compressor before fitting it
as the oil circulates with the gas and there was no oil i the replacement compressor , then the plate runs dry and seizes , again causing destruction
the best method is to get an accredited ac professional to do the job or it will cost you more money

AC flashing light in Sequoia and no cold air!!

The Sequoia's A.C. is forever a problem, taking to the dealer and spending a few grand is just a temporary fix,and since it's not a driving issue, there is no recall, found a site where a heap of Sequoia owner's all have the same problem as your's,I bought A 2004 Tundra new and sold it a couple of years ago, only had 68,000 miles and had no A.C. issues,so it's only a Sequoia issue,I would sell it instead of sinking a bunch of money into it and it still be problematic.

2005 toyota corolla ac is not working

the ac clutch relay fails often. It is located in the fuse box next to the battery under the hood. it is labeled M/G CLT. You can buy one from rockauto.com for $11. You can test by swapping the relay in the fuse box with a similar one. also clean or replace the cabin air filter located behind the glove box.

Hello. You have posted a great question here, one that other Celica owners may also have. The solutions is as follows:

You have a very common issue.

More than likely, you have a bad AC magnet clutch relay.

Toyota is aware of a high failure rate from these relays, and has issued a technical sevice bulletin regarding this.

You need to replace the AC relay, with the updated relay.
The old relay part number is: 90987-02022.
The updated relay's Toyota part number is: 90987-02028

Contrary to what your dealer is telling you, the relay is in the relay box under the hood. Look for the 'AC MG Clutch relay'.

Replace the relay, and you problem will be cured.
