easiest way is to beat out the old ones with a big brass hammer and then install using the lug nut and washers
however, the official method requires a press

mmake sure you are on level ground chock the front wheels ,so car cant rorool relace the emegrencie brake .remove tire .on hub there will be a couple stud locks you can get them off with a screw driver or turn them off take a hammer and litely tap on the drum and walla off it comes
