Question about 2007 Mitsubishi Outlander XLS

Where is the blower motor relay on a 2007 mitsubishi outlander

My Blower motor froze up and died. So I replaced it. when I try to turn the fan on.... nothing happens. It does not turn on for any on the settings low through high, so it is probably not the resistor. The next most likely culprit is the Relay. My problem.... I have NO idea where this relay is located. There are several of them on both fuse blocks and they are not labeled.

SOURCE: 2004 Mitsubishi Diamante heat and Air blower motor.

OK... First thing it may be a (relay switch) they are cheep and installed in sec. Ok now if you dont know what one looks like then go buy one ol' rilley or pep boys or auto zone are somthing . while your there buying the relay talk to these people most of the time they are good at supporting people . So you may ask "hey can you help me find where this part is located" . Ask about the fuse to, once you get someone out there to help you . One thing I know for sure is you did look in the correct spots for these fuses but let me tell you worst case. Would be your heater switch is out. They are expensive and are only found at the dealer. I would recommend looking on e-bay if this problem comes to this. oohh if you cant figer out how to put one of these in then find a friend that is rely good at installing car stereo's Im sure you will win this problem.

Rattling noise from under glove box when fan for A/C or heat is turned on is it the blower motor or the fan?

Your blower motor and squirrel cage (fan).

more then likely it is your plastic squirrel cage fan under the dash.
they are made of plastic and over time the lock nut or screw comes a bit loose and the plastic collet on the fan wears out allowing a lot of play between the motor drive shaft and the fan .

Or you may have had something fall through your defrost vents on the dash and down into the squirrel cage housing

Fan for ac/heat does not work on lower settings

The blower motor resistor is bad.Replacing that should fix the issue. In addition it is possible that the blower motor may have caused the resistor to go bad. If that is the case then the blower motor should be replaced as well.

2003 mitsubishi outlander fan keeps coming on the lights dim also when driving fan keeps coming on the lights dim also when driving. radiator is full and it starts within minutes of starting the car.

My blower fan will run with the key out, but will turn of with the fan switch. I changed the A/C relay under the dash and it seem to fix the problem.
