Very huge white smoke is coming while riding car
The most common cause of white smoke is the engine burning coolant. Could be a coolant leak, or a leaking head gasket.

try looking at the vin plate inside the engine compartment. it should be the first set of three alphanumeric characters. the plate is exactly in the center right near the windshield.

Both white smoke coming from the tailpipe and the engine temperature overheating are signs the cylinder head gasket is blown. You should have a block test performed to verify.

I'd need to know exactly what the big hose thing is to give you a better diagnoses. But it may be an oil/fluid or water dripping onto the exhaust.
