Question about 1995 Chrysler New Yorker
When I first start the car in the morning I can drive about 1/2 mile before problems start. When I come to a red light and stop the car sounds like it is stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear and all the indictors lights are lit up. If I shut the car off the indictors light will go back to normal and the car will be in low gear. The car will take off in low gear but shift quickly into 3rd and sounds like its slipping. I can shut it off again it the same happen all day long. Any suggestions?

I've rebuilt hundreds of these transmissions through the years,typical parts lists range from solenoid blocks and TCM's to completely wiped out gear trains.Typical price for rebuilding that trans with new electricals included is any where from $2000-$3000 with a 12/12 or 36/36 warranty.

I agree, this is a lot of codes. I would tend to think this would be electrical, perhaps computer are a loose connection? These trannys I have rebuilt so far usually have a couple of codes related to the problem but not this many - all over the place.

Have your transmission oil filter changed;
it is located under the transmission pan
The oil is what makes the transmission shift
When you shut off the engine it stops the transmission pump then when you start up again the transmission shifts until the filter clogs again
