Torque settings cylinder head bolts D series ford diesel.

If doing this your self. Buy the manual. If your doing it for some one else, buy the manual. The manual will tell you to replace the injectors cups. Buy the tool to do it, then do it. Before the heads go on. Gas engine head job, $2000. Last one I did on a diesel $6000. I tend to do research on what I have to fix before I remove the first nut. Don't rely on this site to get your answers.

Ford fusion 3 1600 diesel cam belt mileage change

75,000 miles for heavy urban city driving.
100,000 miles if you drive a lot of freeway.
Mix driving should be under 90,000 miles.
If your the timing guide (on the side of the timing belt cover) making noise then you should change it ASAP.
A loose timing belt will offset timing on the injector and decrease mileage.
