What is the specs for fuel pressure on a 1999 lexus rx300 3.0L

SOURCE: Need to know correct fuel pressure range for a

30-45 PSI (Pounds per Square Inch)

Attach fuel pressure gauge test valve as to release the pressure in the fuel system, then place the open hose end into a suitable gasoline container. Now proceed to bleed down the pressurized fuel system. Close the test gauge valve and place the ignition in the on position, utilize a scan tool to energize the fuel pump. This will bring the system to a stabilized fuel pressure that can be visually verified on the gauge. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Oil pressure should be 20-45 at 1500rpm.

Check the pressure in the fuel pump
Check the fuel filter for dirt

They may fix, but keep in mind that 1994 is non -VVTI and the 1999 is VVTI. (They would have different specs.) Therefore different timing, GL.

Your going to want and check fuel pressure to see if its in spec. If fuel pressure is low...I would check for a restriction.. like a plugged fuel filter or weak fuel pump.

I would start by cleaning the mass air flow valve by spraying a non-chlronated brake to the inside of it cleaning the small wires inside of it then let it dry for 10-15 minutes before re-installing.If the problem still exist then check the fuel pressure and make sure its within its specs.If its not within the specs then replace the fuel pump.

Not enough fuel pressure if this truck is fuel injected.In 1999 chevy fuel systems need at least 52 psi to open the popet valve inside the injector to allow fuel thru.Fuel pressure specs are 60-66 psi with on and engine off.

How much pressure should a fuel pump have on a 1999 buick lesabre have. I bought a fuel pressure gauge and have no idea what the pressure should be. It's showing 38 psi.
that is with in the spec range and is good.are you having problems with the fuel system.if so you can have good fuel pressure but poor fuel volume(not enough fuel quantity).it should be about 1/2litre(pint)in 30 seconds with engine running and no air in the gas(if you use a clear hose)

When was last healthy tune up? Plugs, all filters & fluids - especially fuel filter???? I'd start there and other things to check/do - make sure tire pressures are up to specs (on drivers door label), run a good fuel system cleaner through it & stay away from cheap fuel.
