Compressor clutch not engaging

To locate the relay follow the wire from the clutch and you will find it. Do the engine fans come on when you turn on the AC? If they don't then you either have a bad thermostat (located by the evaporator) under the glove box or your AC system could be overcharged. There is a high pressure switch that will kill the compressor if it goes over 300 psi. If it comes on momentarily then shuts off it is probably overcharged.

My Blower on my 2003 E500 mercedes is not working, where is the fuse loacated

I wish I could help with the exact location but most are in the fuse panel under the hood, but since you said you charged the ac, im wondering if you overcharged the the ac, because there is a high pressure sensor that will shut off the operation of your heater and ac control unit inside on the dash when you overcharge with freeon.

I was putting freon into a/c,but towards the end when the can was almost done,it stop blowing air into the car.I think its either a fuse or do i find out?Is that what it is?thanx!

It's possible you overcharged the system with refrigerant. An overcharged system will shut down a compressor. It's best to check the pressure in the system (most auto parts stores will carry AC pressure gauges). If the system is overcharged, you may need to evacuate some of the refrigerant b/4 the compressor will engage again.

A/C in my 1997 Mercury Cougar is blowing warm air.

Warm air could mean ur AC system is undercharged or overcharged. Those are the 2 most common problems. U need to take ur vehicle to the certified AC technician. AC repair can get pretty expensive.

A/c is overcharged but still cold but not real cold

you need to take it in and have it completely evacuated of freon, and recharged properly overcharging can ruin your ac compressor also which will cost several hundred dollars to fix versus usually under a hundred at a local shop for an ac service

2003 Sebring AC

Are you sure that when you charged the system that it was actually taking the refrigerant into the system. Some of the kits come with a gauge attached to them so you can see right away if it is either undercharged or overcharged. I would suggest purchasing one of these cans with the gauge attached (I found that my local Biglots store is the cheapest) and hook it up then you can see right away if it's over or undercharged. If everything seems ok check your fuses and relays.Good luck

I have 98 durango the belt squeals and slips at idle turn off heater and increase idle and it stops is it the condensor ro alt?

You should check the condition of the belts. The belt tracks are porbably worn so sometimes they would tend to jump or slip. Check it out
