Have you tried disconnecting the battery to let the systems reset.
But be aware if you have an anti theft radio make sure you have the code or it will not work after this reset.

No won't be fuse. My guess is there is something faulty with the main controller. You could probably verify this by trying the switch on right rear passenger door. If it works there then the problem is at the main controller in the driver door. Could be a loose wire or the switch itself is broken.

Remove the door panel and find the window motor Unplug it and using a separate car battery run cables directly to the window motor When you switch the polarity the motor will either bring the window up or down or if noting happened change the window motor and window regulator assembly.
