Fuse 32 under the hood. Should be a yellow 20A fuse in the middle-left area. This fuse also runs your OnStar and OBD2 systems.

Instrument Panel Fuse Block
The instrument panel fuse block access door is
located on the driver's side edge of the instrument
The fuse is marked
"AUX PWR" That is the 2nd fuse from the top in the far left row of fuses, the fuse above it is marked "REAR SEAT".
