SOURCE: OK..THE CHECK ENGINE,ETS AND ABS

Anytime the check engine light comes on it will automatically disable the ETS system and possibly illuminate the ABS light as well. The first step is to scan the engine computer to see what trouble codes are causing the light to come on. You can then figure out what needs to be repaired in order to resolve the drivability issue. Once those repairs are made the codes can be cleared and the other lights should go off. Once you know the codes post them here and i'll be happy to help you further.

My Traxtion and ABS lights come on at same time and noise come from front area of car. What does this mean?

Depending on what car you have. It's as though you have an abs ring/sensor fault, the noise you are hearing is the abs pump working this is because the gap between the abs sensor and the abs ring is to close, which make's the abs control module think that the wheel has locked up. causing it to open the valves in the abs hydro unit to try take away the pressure from the side with the fault.

Cruise option not available light comes on occasionally and at certain times when it does the car sputters (for lack of better word) as it it is going to cut off, and the engine light stays on

Hello the cruise will not work with the engine management light on, this will also happen with the abs light on. You should have the codes checked at a local garage. Try checking the pipe which runs from the top of the manifold to the front of the car on the right hand side as these are very common for splitting but are very cheap from the dealers.

Fuel problem with 03 alero.......Sputtered, died, now wont stop

I am having the same exact issue right now with my 01 Alero. Been having electrical issues with lights coming on and off. ABS was kicking on a few times even. It started sputtering like it was running out of gas, thought that might have been the case. But after I put gas in it it still didn't start. Now it turns over but nothing. What ended up being wrong with yours?

01 volvo v70 Sputters and shakes when excellerating from 0 to 35

You have an engine misfire....unless you have expertise in this area you need to see your local shop as you will damage your catalytic converter if you continue to drive. An OBD II scan tool will id the cylinder to help but knowledge here is key!!
