Question about Cars & Trucks

Open Question

I've had my engine rebuilt on my bmw 320d E46, injectors done and turbo replaced. White smoke coming out the engine and smoke a lot from exhaust. There is also an oily residue on the back of the car. I've had the injectors checked again and turbo is in good working order. Pls could anyone assist, what could this be?

you are using the incorrect type of fuel whenever i go to the pump use the 91 or the highest grade of fuel availible because it has a chemical that allows the engine to burn gas at a low emmision level.
