Question about 2004 Nissan Sentra 1.8
I initially couldn't keep my car running, getting code P1126 and I believe it was P1122 or P1121. Checked the code meanings and they were "throttle control motor malfunction" and "throttle control relay malfunction". Re-tightened the engine ground straps and now car will run but only idle, pedal can be pushed all the way to the floor and car just idles, engine rpm does not increase feels like nothing to the gas pedal. Tested and found no power to the throttle control relay harness, is there a fuse or fusible link associated with this unit? If so where is it? Also following the harness to the passenger side firewall there is a black box taped up in the harness of some sort, do you know what this is for?
