Sometimes the check engine the bulb can be short, and is better do not put attention. 2) sometimes the check engine can be some problem with your car.
I recommend to pass the scanner/computer for easy diagnostic, and fix it. Some sensors can be faulty, or electronic devices, etc.
God bless you

SOURCE: Reset the Low Pressure Tire Indicator Light

If you have the silver-metal valve cores, on the rims, there is NO reset proceedure. Under the valve cores is a transmitter, which is battery powered. It sends a "yes/no" signal to the tire pressure ECM. Note that ALL 5 tires transmit to the ECM. The signal is "at or above" the specific target pressure needed, or is is below the target pressure. What to do: get a GOOD tire pressure gauge, not those cheap ones that look like pencils. Set the tire pressures to the specification, INCLUDING the spare. Your light should go out. If not, there is the possibility that one of the sensors is innoperative, and that will involve a trip to the dealership, to get it replaced under warranty. Try the tire pressure resetting, adn don't forget the spare. Get back to me if this works. Glad to help, and thanks for choosing FixYA.

you have to understand that there is a leak in the system other than the gas cap for the evaporative system. The system needs to be professionally closed, and smoke introduced into to find the leak, and a through component check, eg.. purge valve vapor canister vent solenoid all functioning correctly

Toyota sienna 2008 check engine light , with code p0352, is on as well as the VSC and trac off . What is wrong?

Find out what the sensor the code is refering to and rep[lace it for starters. The engine light is only telling you that there a fault has been found in the paramaters for sensors that have been set in the cpu. Buy replacing the faulty sensor as shown by the fault code you may also eliminate the other faults as well

yes, but you will not have traction control available. The lights mean that trouble codes have been set. If you are worried about driving a long distance to a dealership, any major auto parts store will be able to read out the codes for free and even reset the lights if you wish.

On my Toyota Sienna 2008, my check engine light, Trac Off and VSC lights are one. Why? How do I fix it?

On most Toyota's that are equipped with Cruise Control (Vehicle Speed Control or "VSC") and with Traction Control System (TCS or "Trac") all of these lights will come on at the same time if the Engine Control Module (ECM) determines that there is a fault in the engine management system that 1. Prevents the engine from being properly controlled. 2. Prevents the VSC from being properly controlled 3. Prevents the TCS from being properly controlled 4. Any combination of items 1,2, and 3.
Most of the time it is caused by a single fault in the engine management system. Fault codes are codes that are output by the ECM to let a diagnostician know which of the many systems, that are monitored by the ECM, is malfunctioning. To find out what the actual cause is, you must scan the ECM for fault codes then use this information to begin diagnosis of the system that the fault codes point to.

The vsc and no trac comes on periodically in my 2004 toyota sienna van.

That is a common problem, if somebody does an alignment, or rotation on old tires or you hit a sidewalk and damage a rim, anything that can alter the steering angles of the vehicle can trigger a red flag and set a code for steering angle sensor calibration, only dealers and shops with the right equipment can perform this inexpensive procedure

VSC Trac off lights on dashboard

I have just had the same problem this morning for the first time and I suspect it is just bad gas. We have had problems with the check engine light in our camaro whenever we bought hi test at the Mobile gas station closest to our home. I would not be surprised if this same gas station is now having water problems with their regular gas which is what we put in our 4runner. Try STP gas treatment first, which is what I am going to do now. When I used this approach with my camaro, the light went out within a few days. Technically, a sensor might have been damaged, but my thinking is that if that sensor is dead, then my fuel/air mixture will get bad enough to notice pretty quick. The TRAC off and VSC off are just extra lights that go on, whenever the check engine light comes on. I'll let you know how it goes.
