Having the proper length socket is a must. I assume you are talking about the # 5 and 7 cylinders. We just changed ours today. You have to attack them from the front of the vehicle. We used a elevated dolly but you can improvise with a high stool, ect. Your right hand goes under the brake booster and your left hand goes over it. Most of the work is by feeling for the screws and plugs. The biggest tool you will need is patience. Hope it helped somewhat. JW Stevens

Testimonial: "Thanks that worked well."
If it runs on gas, it has plugs. They should be under the 4 coil packs down the center of the valve covers on each head.

The Dodge Hemi engine spark plug replacement is similar to most car. The only difference is that you have 2 for each cylinder.
Make sure you have the correct tools. A a spark plug socket, a 3/8 socket rachet and extension.
The spark plug should be found at the exhaust manifold side. Pull the plug of the high tension wire by its base and using the ratchet and socket unbolt it then pull it out. Put the new spark plug in then put back the high tension wire. Repeat the process for each of the plugs one at a time so that the firing order will not be changed.
