A shorted wiring harness or shorted shift solenoid(s) or torque converter clutch windings or torque converter lock up solenoid. Also the wiring harness to the transmission may have been damaged and is shorting out. You need an expert to look into this.

My 09 rangers heater starts then stops then starts and stops and will not give me a continous blowing, any ides?

Not giving you a "continous blowing" would indicate that you have an electrical problem. More than likely that problem is within the blower motor itself. Possibly the motor windings are overheating and shutting down the motor. Then after the wires cools down enough, it starts again. I would say replace the blower motor.

My 2001 ford fiesta has blown two fuses in the last two weeks I put my wind screen wiper on they work for a while I can get two streets away then they suddenly stop working the fuse has gone what is...

Since you have the problem whilst you are using the wipers, either you do have a problem with the wipers motor ( shortening inside and blow fuse,) or you do have a naked or broken wire on the wipers circuit. Please ask for a help from a qualified electrician for better results and safe job. Good luck.

Blower only blows on wind sheild and floor. When you turn on swicth to air and all the other ones like air, heat from main, just wind sheid, just floor,or what ever it only blows heat to windsheild and...

You need to check your vacuum lines and air mixer door valve for operation and leaks. That is all vacuum controlled and a leak on any of it will cause the blend door not to function correctly giving you this problem. If you have a broken or leaking vacuum line in the engine compartment it will stop functioning as well. If all the vacuum lines check out and the valves then your controller is malfunctioning.

Why do i get occasional strong oil burning smell only at idle

Given the age of your vehicle, you probably have a small. slow oil leak from a valve cover. A small amount of the leaking oil makes it way down to the exhaust manifold and is burned and produces a little smoke. you don't smell this when you are driving because the wind blows the smoke away. When you are stopped, idle, the oder has a change to build up in the engine compartment and you smell it inside the vehicle.
The fix may be as easy as re-tightening the valve cover bolts, or replacing the valve cover gasket.
This solution is not the only reason that could cause your problem, just my best guess.

Why does the fuse keep blowing to the window wipers on a ford station wagon.

Sounds like the wiper motor is cactus and just shorts across the armature. You may also like to check for any bare wires shorting on the chassis, between the wiper motor and the wiper switch.
If no bare wires, disconnect wires at wiper motor, replace fuse and test by attaching an autotmoive light bulb to the wires where they join onto the wiper motor. When switched on, the bulb should glow. This tends to indicate that the problem lies in the wiper motor.
