Question about 2006 Mazda 3
Code 138 is for a problem with the O2 sensor for bank one sensor two. Sensor two is after the catalytic converter. The computer is getting a high voltage reading from the sensor.
Usually the sensor is at fault, but it would need to be tested to verify before replacement.
