Question about 1999 Chrysler LHS
See if you have power going to the clutch on the front of the compressor. If not you will find a plug on the top of one of the metal lines this is a pressure switch pull off and put a paper clip or wire between the two slots if the compressor engages you are low on freon and have a leak. Also check your fuses
