Question about Cars & Trucks
Check starter hot wire. runs to positive post of battery. If just clicking noise check battery posts. lights will still come on if battery has some connection but a starter take a lot of cranking amps. If that dont work try jumping it.

SOURCE: 1995 geo tracker won't start.
DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY AND RECONNECT, THIS SHOULD RESET THE BRAIN.
ALSO...WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY, LISTEN TO HEAR IF YOU CAN HEAR THE FUEL PUMP COME ON...IF NOT, GUESS WHAT? HOPEFULLY NOT!... BUT,YOU MAY NEED TO REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP, IF YOU CAN'T HEAR IT WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY, AFTER YOU'VE RESET THE BATTERY!
HOPE THIS HELPS!

Does the starter spin? Has the battery been load tested? Are the battery cables clean and tight on the the battery posts? Check all this and you will likely find one of them to be the problem.

the clicking that you hear is coming from the starter relay. sounds like your ignition starter switch or ignition lock cylinder is bad.
