2004 Chrysler Pacifica ac not blowing

My air won't blow in the front vents. The back vents blow fine. What could be wrong? How difficult is it to fix? And how expensive?

SOURCE: 2004 Chrysler Pacifica a/c doesn't blow any air in front vents, only defrost works

This is generally caused by a loss of engine vacuum to the AC door motors. The first thing to do is pull the AC control panel and see ifone of the hoses at back are getting any vacuum from the engine while it is running.

SOURCE: My AC and Heater blower isn't working in the front vents of my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica what is the problem

If the air blows out of all of your other vents then you have either had an actuator go bad which controls which ducts the air flows through, or the shaft that has the "flap" on it has popped loose and no longer moves which will only allow air to go to the vents that are not locked. The easiest way to find out would be to get under the dash and start at the fan and trace air flow til you find the problem.

SOURCE: I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica and the heater doesn't work. It blows only cold air or outside temp air out of vents when heater turned on. No matter how high Iturn the temp up.

your blend door motor is stuck or it may need to be replaced. the blend door controls the temp from heat to a/c

Possibly air in the coolant system. Some Chryslers have a bleeder screw located at the front of the manifold to bleed off air.

2004 Chrysler Pacifica--air conditioner/heater is not blowing in the front at all!! No defrost eithet--nothing! However, it does blow in the back but it is warm air even when the air conditioner is on. I...

You would need to know if the ac line is cold to each evaporator. Then if the blower motor for the front is getting power and ground. If the blower motor is running but no air is coming out the vents, you would need to check the blend doors under the dash.
It could be separate problems, or the PCM or ac control head on the dash.

I have a 2004 pacifica and my ac blows hot air unless its less than 67 degrees outside. Anything higher then it blows heat and just spurts of cold air.

You quite likely have a low state of charge in the AC system, have a shop hook up a set of AC system pressure gauges and verify that the system is low on charge.

2004 Chrysler Pacifica a/c doesn't blow any air in front vents, only defrost works

I have the same problem starting on mine. The first answer above is totally wrong. The actuators that control the doors are 12 volt electric no vacuum. There are three actuators on the drivers side under the panel by the gas pedal. I haven't worked on mine so I can't tell you which one it is but all are the same part and interchangeable take a new one and try it in each position until it works. There is one in the center console and one under the passenger side by the blower motor the console is for rear HVAC and the passenger one is for recirculation after installation it will have to be calibrated . Turn ignition to ON not start push the power button and the recirculation button at the same time hold for 5 seconds lights should start flashing leave it for two minutes or the lights stop flashing. If they don't stop recalibrate until they do. If they won't stop drive for eight miles and it will stop on it own. (but not fixed)

My a/c is barely blowing out air,the air is cold but it won't blow with force. When I turn the heater on it does the same thing

your cabin air filter is most likely clogged. instructions for replacement are in your owners manual.
