Question about Cars & Trucks

1 Answer

I have a renault megane 2.0 convertible, my lefthand indicator stays on when stalk is in lefthand position and also in mid position, it only cancels in righthand position which means I have no righthand indication, but the hazards work fine.

Hi, my lefthand indicator light is not functioning propely on my Renault megane scenic 1.6. 2001 model. there is that flicker sound when I turn it on and it ticks very fast and nothing flashes on the dash and nothing on the external lights as well. It also does the same thing on the hazards but the right hand side works perfect. please help. EDDIE

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: have no indicators, hazards work,no fuses are blown

somewhere along your steering column behind the dash should be a module called the electronic flasher module. This unit controls your turn signals and works separate from your hazards. Odds are the unit has gone bad...

Doubtful you will find one. Your best bet is to go onto one of the Renault Megane owners Forums and offer to buy one. You will have much more success dealing direct with other megane owners.

My battery and stop light stay on when I am driving my renault megane

Not a Renault pro being in the US, but most of the time the alternator is not charging the battery when the battery light is on.
I would start with having the alternator circuit tested.
