I use to have the same promblem too, but it was on a acura tl, maybe this help, your coolant might be low and when you're in traffic or driving, the coolant is being circulated and with low coolant level, it doesn't have enough to keep the engine cool. So check the coolant level on your resevior, and if so, add 50/50 coolant into your radiator via the radiator cap " The one thats say warning, caution do not open when hot" usually located infront of the car, if it is not there, it should be where you coolant resevior tank is at. See if this help, if not, could be more of a mechinical promblem such as the water pump which causes some mere hundred to fix.

I got Nissan bluebird sylphy and yes i found the cabin air filter behind the glove box but it is exactly behind it, it is located behind the centre console or behind the radio compartment at the very back close to the front body wall. Its a bit hard to get it. As long as you can find a honeycomb shape plastic then just remove it so it will route you to the cabin air filter panel. Note: at the very back close to the front/nose wall. Good luck.
