Question about Cars & Trucks
Are you sure it is oil...could possibly be power steering or trans leak...or could be a slight leak at the rear main seal...have it checked for any blowback...or maybe its just over full which can cause a seal to blow out...let me know if any of this has helped

Is it leaking arond it? Replace oring seal. Is it leaking from where the cap seals the the distributor? Replace the distributor.

A dark red or burgundy color fluid most likely means you have a transmission fluid leak.
Warm you car up for 5-10 minutes and check your transmission fluid level while it's running and you will likely find it to be low.

you can buy a distributor o-ring seal real cheap at any honda dealer and they will most likey have it in stock as this is a common leak area. all you need to do is remove the 3 8mm bolts holding the distributor cover and wires-move out of the way. then you have 3 12mm bolts holding the dist to the engine head. it only goes back in one way. hope this helps you
