It probably wasn't diesel in the oil unless someone put it there. Could be a piston.

SOURCE: Loss of power and acceleration on Mazda 6 Turbo diesel 2003

I'm assuming that that smoke was more previlant while going uphill because that's when the turbo would be really spolling up to max psi. I would guess that if you really got on the gas hard and got the turbo going even on a flat surface, that you would notice the smoke too. The loss of power and the white/grey smoke are tell tale signs that your turbo is bad or starting to fail. Good luck!

SOURCE: Mazda 6 oil change

If DPF means Diesel Particulate Filter, no you don't need to change this cartridge. Somewhere near 120000Km you have to refill the additive tank with Eolys additive.

SOURCE: mazda 6 diesel wont start

Have you run the car without fuel? There must not be any air in the fuel line... Blead the fuel line of air and try to start it. There should be bleader screws under the hood....

What can cause a whining noise coming from 2003 mazda 6 engine?

That is commonly caused by a power steering pump issue, it is either low on fluid due to a leak in a hose or the pump is defective.

I have a Mazda 6 Sport 2009 and after about 15 mins driving I get a squeaking noise from the engine compartment every time I press the clutch. Anybody any ideas?

Throw-out bearing, clutch slave cylinder, clutch master cylinder, an angry mouse (probably not). Start with the first three. First, though, I would find an assistant who could help you narrow down where exactly the squeaking is coming from. One person presses on the clutch while the other listens in the engine compartment.

Mazda protege makes a squeaking noise when I start driving?

If your Mazda Tribute's engine has a rumbling noise when you start it, this is most likely from the drive belt. You will need to replace it.

Squeak in low gear.

Try spraying the belt with a "dressing" spray. With the engine not running of course. If it stops, then your belts may need adjustment or replacement.
