Where is location of fuel volume regulator

Fuel pressure regulator ! An it's location is inside the fuel tank .
The fuel pump (FP) module contains the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and the fuel sender assembly. The fuel pressure regulator is attached to the fuel pump in the fuel pump module located in the fuel tank. It regulates fuel pressure supplied to the fuel injectors. The fuel pressure regulator is a diaphragm-operated relief valve. Fuel pressure is established by a spring preload applied to the diaphragm. Excess fuel is bypassed through the regulator and returned to the fuel tank.

Have the fuel injector pressure regulator checked. Also, make sure the correc fuel pump was installed... I believe the fuel pump for that vehicle is located in the gas tank itself.

On my dads silverado the fuel presser drops off toi think ten punds right after the fuel pump kicks off. when u start it with no fuel presser itll crank for about 10 secbefor starting. and it just started...

The regulator is in the plenum with the injectors. You have to remove the top of the plenum to get access to th regulator. This would account for the 02 codes also. As far as the cam, you have to make sure that the distibutor and rotor are in the right place.

The jeep runs fine until you have been on a long trip. if you stop and then try to restart it, it will not start until it has cooled down or been sitting for a while.

you might want to try replaceing your fuel presser regulator it is located at the front of the fuel rail. it has one bolt and a small vaccum hose on it.also so check your negative ground wire running from your negative batt. post to the inside fender wall.hope this helps i had the same problem.
