Question about 1999 Nissan Quest
I had an accident and as of right now can't get anything to work (lights, bells, nothing)
Not that I know of. Ford products have an inertia switch for the fuel system, but not for the electrical system.
The headlights would be on a different circuit from the key switch. Have you checked for power coming out of the battery and at the starter as well as the main fuses ?
