That is the intake manifold and there are 3 stages for it , I will list for you the 3 stages :
1st stage M6 Nm 8 M8 Nm 20
2nd stage M6 Nm 8
3rd stage M6 90 degree

SOURCE: removal of front bumper
The bumper is secured using four 13mm nuts.
a) Open the bonnet and look for one 13mm nut on the lower inside of each headlight.
b) Remove the towing eye covers on the lower section of the bumper and you will find one 13mm nut in each.

Just common hand tools, this would include a metric wrench set and a 3/8" drive complete metric socket set. Air tools would be nice as well to speed the job up.
