SOURCE: i get a Isuzu Diesel

Hi, P0123 code means that the the car's computer has detected that the TPS (throttle position sensor) is reporting too high a voltage.

A code P0123 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:

  • TPS not mounted securely
  • TPS circuit short to ground or another wire
  • Faulty TPS
  • Damaged computer (PCM)

If there are no symptoms, the simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
If there are symptoms such as the engine is stumbling or hesitating, carefully inspect all wiring and connectors that lead to the TPS. More than likely the problem is with the TPS wiring. Check the voltage at the TPS (refer to a service manual for your vehicle for this specific information). If the voltage spikes or is too high (over 4.65 volts with key on, engine off), then that is indicative of a problem. Carefully trace each wire from the TPS wiring harness to check for breaks, rubbing against other components, etc.

SOURCE: i have a Isuzu Rodeo Diesel 1998 3.0l with those

Tools needed
Floor jack
Jack stands
Common hand tools
Wheel bearing race remover
New Bearing
New Axle Seal.
Tube of RTV Silicone rubber gasket maker
GL4 Gear lube

In order to replace the rear wheel bearing you must remove the rear axle, to do this jack the truck off the ground and support on safety stands, and then remove the rear wheel or wheels, remove brake drum or caliper if disk brakes and tie the caliper out of the way, next remove the rear cover on the differential. Here are the final instructions to remove the drive axle from the repair manual, I have also included an illustration of the gear assembly.
Raise and support vehicle. Remove rear wheels. Remove brake drum or caliper and rotor, if equipped. Support caliper with wire. Clean dirt from differential cover. Place pan under cover. Drain lubricant by removing cover.
Remove pinion shaft lock bolt and pinion shaft. See Fig. 1 . Push axle shaft inward. Remove "C" clip from end of axle shaft. Pull out axle shaft. Pry oil seal from housing. Using a slide hammer and bearing puller, remove bearing.

emissionwiz_44.gif Once the axle is removed you will need to take the axle assembly to a machine shop and have the old bearing pulled off and the new bearing pressed on. While you are waiting to have this off site work done you now clean all the old gear lube out of the rear end and and using a bearing race puller remove the old bearing race, Kragen may have this tool for loan, Sears also sells them also, about $30.00 about the same for the seal and race installer kit., you will also need a axle sealer installer and bearing race installer, failure to use the proper tools will result in a leaking seal and repeat wheel bearing failure. Once the axle seal is installed and the new bearing race reinstall the axle in reverse order, seal the rear end cover with RTV Silicone form a gasket sealer, fill the differential up with 85W-90W gear lube meeting the GL4 specification, do not overfill, level should be just below the pipe threads of the fill plug. The fill plug is on the side of the rear end snout that the drive shaft attaches to.

SOURCE: my isuzu truck mixes diesel and engine oil. what is the cause?

the injector are along top of engine , the lines all run back to a pump usually attached to engine side, only unit with multiple metal tubes running out to engine top, removal of injectors requires some special tools. this requires good diesel knowledge and tools to repair either one.

And when release the park park their is a buzzer under the dash on the LH side going off. I have plenty of air. Seat belt plugged in and door closed.

No matter whether you have enough air pressure of not that is a low pressure warning, you must have a air pressure system sensor for the air brakes that is reading incorrectly (reading low air pressure), it should be on the main pressure storage tank.

Black smoke and over reving

this car must be a Diesel as this sounds of a injector pump failure , there are two fine machined plates with groves cut in them "inside pump" after a lot of miles these two machined plates are not so machined anymore and fuel slips by causing the symptoms your describing , pump will need to be rebuilt and flow bench set or replaced with allready rebuilt/set unit to get things back to normal

Oil leaking from crack in houseing attached to back end of gearbo

If you can see the crack plainly, you will need to have a transmission shop fix it for you or your isuzu dealer, good luck.
but it may have just the rear seal on the transmission started leaking, and where the castings come together, looks like a crack, and just replace the seal.
good luck;)
