Do I need to buy a luggage scales? My luggage overweight frequently.

It is often you may carry a lot of things in your luggage and thus when you are checking in at the airport, you have to weigh your luggage. If the luggage is overweight then one has to pay some extra money for it. So it is advisable that you would better buy luggage scales and weigh your baggage before going to the airport. This can help people save a lot of money and also help you in carrying the baggage easily.

I purchased a Hyundai 00285-03006 fully enclosed luggage carrier and the instructions are one picture with no words. The picture does not describe where the carrier is in the picture, where the rails fit...

That same luggage carrier is sold (as OEM approved equipment) for MANY different makes and models of automobiles. From what I can see, it simply clamps onto the cross-rails on your luggage rack. (Not much instruction needed) It does require however, that you have a luggage rack and a cross-rail kit. The cross-rail kit is sold separately. I would give you the part number, but the cross-rail kit varies depending on your make, model, and year.

16V output

Are you looking for 16 volt, or 12 volt, as in battery power??
If 12 volt there is already wiring for the 12 power outlet behind the passenger sidewall in luggage area of the crossover.
To find instructions on how to do it, just go to www.sx4club.com and search for the solution there. It's really simple, took me less than 5 minutes, the part numbers are available at the site, my cost was around $20 cdn.

Tail lights alway on problem

If are the lights on luggage door ,may be wiring between the body/luggage door.
They can cut off because "you" open/close the luggage door "many times".
Take out rubber cover protection and check wires.
