Sometimes they work and sometimes they do not, like a bad connection. ive checked the fuse, bought a new relay, check the switch itself but no marks of burns or damage, read on an old blog that it could be the actual hazard switch so i pulled the trim panel found that it was cracked (the panel) fixed with fiber glass and epoxy now the hazard switch fits snug. seems that when they quit working a few pushes of the hazard switch and it starts to work again (too easy seems to be the switch) sometimes it will be good all day almost like a bad connection but when it rains it seems to quit working almost entirely... so it raises dought that it may be the hazard switch please help im running out of trouble shooting ideas...

My turn signals work sometimes, is this a fuse ?

Unlikely to be a fuse. More likely to be a bad connection on either 1) the indicator (turn signal) stalk on the steering column or 2) a bad earth connection at the indicator itself, or 3) indicator relay kaput.
Try contact spray down the small gap in the plastic on the steering column and flick the indicator arm up and down a few times. Hopefully this will clean the contacts, if not it's possibly a replacement arm. You need to check with your local mechanic to be sure before you go to the expense of changing the stalk

Bought an 2004 honda accord and the horn does not work. What is the procedure for repairing this issue?

simple circuit, but can be hard if problem is switch in steering wheel. First check fuse and relay at fuse box. relay should click when horn button on wheel is pushed. If relay doesn't click, either button or relay is bad. If relay clicks, test for voltage at horn. You can use a simple test light available at the auto parts store if you don't have a voltmeter. If there is voltage at the horn, replace horn.
If relay does not click, replace relay to see if that fixes your problem. If new relay doesn't fix, you have a bad switch in the steering wheel or possibly bad wiring. cannot help you with switch as it's different on every car. any questions--let me know.

One of the fans in the front of the motor stop working. what do i need to check or work on to get it to start back, because its about to make the car run hot

The simplest way to tell if it's the fan or the relay (thermostatic switch) is to unplug both fans and then plug the "bad" fan into the "good" fan's connector. (NOTE: you may need to remove the fan from its mount in order to reach the plug on the other fan.) If the fan now works, you need to replace the relay. If it doesn't work, the fan itself is bad and will need to be replaced. You can pick up a new fan or relay at any reputable parts store.

Does a 95 cutlass supreme have a fuse for the cooling fans or only the relays. I dont see a fuse for the cooling fans. Neither fan is coming on, Ive jumped the fans they both work, Ive changed out the...

There are three fuses and two relays for your coolant fan. They should all be in your underhood fuse box. They may not be marked "coolant fan", so check them all, (2) 60 amp , (1) 20 amp, (1) 15 amp. If all the fuses are good, you may have a bad fan switch (temp sensor). It tells the fan when to turn on, follow the wire from the fan motor to find it.

97 saturn 2-door. trying to check fuse for power windows that won't work. Under fuse panel for windows it looks like a little relay box. don't know how to pull out or check.

relays will click if their good when u hit the switch. The switch could also be bad. take a pair of needle nose pliers and pull the relay out sometimes the outer case will pop of so be careful. check the pins for burn or scortch marks. Also some times the connectors in the fuse panel can wiggle around breaking the connection. Hope this info helps.
