* Truck Specs; http://www.daihatsu.co.za/media/delta.pdf
* PTO pump; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-6Si20q1LU
* To find the Hydraulic system. Follow the lift piston (to the dump frame) hoses to the valve diverter. which is in the cab or on the side. There will be additional hoses that are connected to the pump. Most pumps are directly attached to the hydraulic oil tank. It may be mounted directly on top of the tank. The is to prevent the pump from running dry. If there is a remote tank then it should still be mounted very close (within 3 feet) as long hoses will reduce the power of the pump.
* Hydraulic systems; can be tricky. High pressures are used to lift heavy (Tons!) loads.
* Be safe. Call for service.

Have you tried using google to find what you need. If you have no luck with that, then you best option is to purchase the manual for the vehicle as it will have all the wiring diagrams in it.
It will be difficult to get this but with a 4 cylinder motor and the vehicle mass I would say that 2 tons with brakes would pull it up. Contact your local roads authority as they should have towing capacities as these figures will be what they use to fine you if you are over loaded.
