Theft System light, but no such system on car....found the fuse that was blown and can start the engine. Initial problem was rad fan not comming on, only air conditioning fan working. Pulled rad fan relay and took battery voltage to control side of relay circuit...fan does not come on....I'm thinking I need a new fan? Relay is energizing, so circuit is good to that point...out of ideas before I have to change that fan.

If the relay is energizing when you supply battery power to it, does it get battery power when the car gets hot (ecm controlling it) .Most relays work with 4 pins. 30 will be power to run the fan 87 is power out (normally open pin with 87a being normally closed part) 85 and 86 are the relay coil pins (that energize it) and you should have power and ground to those pins (only when car is hot enough to turn on fan). You can also check by jumping pin 30 to 87 where the relay plugs in and see if the fan comes on.

1999 Cadillac catera check engine light is not working at all

When you turn the key on (just on ,not start ) the check engine light doesn't come on ? Does the car start an run ? Maybe the bulb is burnt out , seen that a few times .
Have the vehicle checked for code's
DTC P0650 Malfunction Indicator Lamp (MIL) Control Circuit
Circuit Description
There should always be a steady malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) when the ignition switch is on and the engine is not running. The ignition voltage is supplied within the instrument cluster to the indicator bulb. The engine control module (ECM) controls the lamp by grounding the control circuit via an internal solid state device called a driver. (transistor)

Do all the gauges an other instrument cluster lights work ?

BRAKE PADS WORN LIGHT

So it could be either of the two. I would take your car to a mechanic and have it checked out.

Won;t start red blinking light is on checked staarter relay and fuse #3 they were good help me please i need my car

Red blinking light , anti-theft system ! Your best bet is take it to the dealer (tow) . This starting system is controlled by a computer , be it a BCM - body control module or the PCM powertrain control module . Very complicated messaging between the BCM an PCM on CCD serial data bus Takes place . You need a factory scan tool to diagnose these type problems .

My car doesn't have any power, it starts and drives but will not go over 25mph any suggestions of what it could be? I was thinking maybe a vacuum leak or the mass air flow sensor ??? IDK please help....

Check Engine Light? When a 'check engine light' (MIL=Malfunction Indicator Lamp) is turned on, there is a DTC (Diagnostic Trouble Code) set/stored in the ECM/PCM (Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module). This code identifies which engine management system component/function experienced a malfunction. Once you pull/read this code, you may begin diagnosis.

95 town car won't start

When the 1995 Towncar turns over but won't start or there is no spark you need to look to see if the O/D light is on once you turn the key on. If that light is on the Power control module has rec'd a code from the transmission that there is a O/D fault and the car won't start until that light is off. If you unhook your battery, red post first and neg next and wait at least 10 mins. and reattach the posts neg first and then the red post next the computer will reset and the light will turn off and the car will usually start. If not repeat the procedure. This is an O/D button or O/D switch problem when the light is on.

I own a 2005 Dodge neon SXT. Once in awhile a solid red circle pops up on my dashboard. What does this light mean?

The red circle means there is an intermittent problem with your vehicle security. If your car starts and runs fine it would be hard to diagnose until it wont start at all.

I have a mini one D & cannot find the book - round dashboard control has 7 circular lights above speed controls - the 2nd one in from the right just turned red when I was on my way home from work - its...

its your run-flat tyre light.. it means you might have a flat or deflated tyre, but if all your tyres seem fine it could be your ABS system, get it checked by an auto electric guy as opposed to a mechanic - advice: dont go to the dealer!!! they are a rip-off...
