SOURCE: car dies when driving, check engine light comes on.

There is a good chance it could be your fuel pump , however if the check engine light is coming on and the dealer cant tell you what is wrong , try a different dealer or another shop. Second opinions never hurt.

SOURCE: i have a 91 honda accord lx starts fine runs good

It may be the O2 sensor. I know it's not the fuel filter, spark plugs, spark plug wires, Vehicle Speed Sensor, Dis. cap, or TCM.

Saturn vue will start but will only stay runnuing about twenty minutes then stalls wont start

Does the car loose power before stalling or does it simply die without warning? If it loses power first, you're likely looking at a fuel pump or fuel system problem. If it just dies, you probably have an ignition problem. Does the check engine light come on before it dies?

Car started losing power, died and now wont turn on. Engine light was on for about a week before, checked at O'Rielly's and the computer said catalyst below efficiency (bank 2). What might be

when was it tested at oreillys? was it before it died and failed to restart? if so you could have more than one problem the scanned problem is definitely an O2 sensor but the failing to restart could be from many other reasons. replace the o2 sensor see if it refires. if it does not there are 3 basic things to follow when a vehicle fails to start. does it get a spark, does it get air and does it get fuel. figure out what it is not getting and investigate why and you will find your answer.

I started my car the other morning and left out of driveway fine; less than 2 blocks my battery light came on after i tried to accelerate. I was losing speed so i tried to pull over and my brakes also...

yes, most likely alternator... sometimes they die over time and you'll notice your battery seems not to charge fully.. other times its like you say 'less than 2 blocks'... if it were a "clogged cat" you would have thrown a code and you're check engine light would have come on..

Service engine light comes on and lose power

Well for one you already paid them $90.00 so make them fix it right. Second of all it could be many things. What are the codes? If your service engine soon light is on there are codes set. Does the car run fine when cold then as it warms up does it start to run rough and eventually die?

Randomly loses power and sometime dies

1st thing to do is have the system tested for the code that caused the check engine light to come, you may also have a fuel pump starting to fail or many other things, the check engine light may be the key. How many wiles on the car?
