2004 malibu car won't go over 20 mph

once it gets to 2000 rpm or 20 mph whichever comes first. rough idling if it does not die immediately occasionally get an engine power reduced light. bought new tps and maf. what's up?

p.s. took the car to chevy to get new key made and this was the result

- three codes... mass air flow, throttle position sensor, and multiple misfires

Is the check engine light on? Please pull that, AZ/Advance auto does it for free, and report what it says.

As what you are saying could be caused by MANY things. So please don;t start replacing parts until you know what it is.
