I have a rover rancher model 27168 have just replaced the drive belt. The mower now seems to be "stuck in gear".ie .I can no longer find the neutral position or reverse on the selector. help ?!?

Are you sure you put the correct belt back on? It sounds as though the belt is too tight, or the idler pulley is stuck.
If you have the correct belt, check the idler pulley and make sure it can move freely.

Murrym19546 riding mower want move why?

I would believe the mower is ran off a belt and the belt has stretched to the point and needs replacement. Raise the mower up and look under it and see if the drive belt is sloppy or loose.

Need drive belt diagram

Ljcmy. I would love to help you but what vehicle are you referring to? The more info you give the better answer you can get...I am going to assume you are talking riding mower..so if you are..you can go into the web to Lowes,Home Depot,Sears or any of the bigger store sites..and go to their home and garden or mowers etc..and click on parts then drive belts..just put in the name and model of your mower...they have plenty of different ones. I am sure you can find yours...also if you have a eBay account you can get them much cheaper just do the same put in the name and model and drive belt.....good luck..

My rover 45 cut out while i was driving, it turns over but wont start

is this a car or a lawn mower . If it is a lawn mower check that the ignition wires have not melted on the engine or shorted out some where . If it is a car check that the timing belt has not broken.

Installing a belt

First thing is to draw a map of where the existing belt goes.. Up under the bonnet with a permanent marker is a good place. Release the adjuster/tensioner pulley/s and take the old belt off. . Fit the new belt ensuring that it sits properly in the pulley grooves and re-tension the pulleys

When driving down the road it bounces

Sounds like worn or blown struts - they control the oscillation of the car on rougher roads.
