The fuse was in the housing for the cigarette supply connector. There may a fuse on the power supply of the TV, but I think you have fried other components too. It's worth getting an estimate before deciding what's next.
There is little to tune up on this vehicle which would affect the ignition coil. The vehicle's ECU manages tuning functions. Try replacing the ignition coil. This will not likely be an issue caused by regular maintenance unless the coil or wiring was damaged when attempting to remove the vehicle's spark plugs or leads.
water could possibly be gaining access from window seals or wiper stems or ariel stem or it only needs a small crack in the chassis welding. can be real troublesome to find.
Use the preset buttons to enter the five-digit code (I assume that you have that; if not, see below). When it is entered correctly, the radio will start playing.
If your vehicle is equipped with a navigation system, press and release the TUNE knob; the number ‘‘0’’ appears on the display.
If ‘‘0’’ is the first digit in your code, press and release the TUNE knob to store it.
If ‘‘0’’ is not the first digit in your code, turn the TUNE knob left or right until the first digit is displayed.
Press and release the TUNE knob to store it. Enter the remaining digits the same way.
If you make a mistake entering the code, do not start over; complete the five-digit sequence, then enter the correct code. You have 10 tries to enter the correct code. If you are unsuccessful in 10 attempts, you must then leave the system on for 1 hour before trying again.
If you don’t have the code, a dealer can access your code with your radio’s serial number. To access the serial number, turn the radio on. It must display ‘‘CODE’’, then turn the radio off. Push the preset 1, preset 6, and power buttons at the same time, then quickly release.
Hope this helps you.
This is impossible to answer without knowing which make and model of Freeview receiver you're using (or the make and model of TV if it's a built-in receiver).
In the meantime, check channels 800 to 810 as this is often where the missing channels get relocated to on some equipment which has a slight incompatibility with the recent retune. If that's where your channels have gone then you just have to live with it as it's a hardware limitation of the receiver chipset; the only cure is to buy a separate external Freeview box which often has the additional benefit of giving far better reception quality than most inbuilt receivers.
