I have a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500,Crew Cab 5.9 Liter Automatic Tran
When i speed up or drive my rear end makes a winding/noise,but
sometimes when i coast it go's away or a lttle noise.what is the
reason,and what do i have to do to solve this promblem.In a week
time i need to go back home from Denver,Colo to Santa Ana Cal.

u have ring and pinion gear noise, this will not keep u from the trip.

Try to understand if the noise can come from the wheel bearings , a locked brake or the exahust.
