Po133 code on 1999 durango

I have a po133 code on my 1999 dodge durango. Can I fix this myself or should I take it in to get fixed. I know that it says slow response (heated oxygen sensor bank 1, sensor 1). Probable cause, oxygen sensor defective or fuel system running rich or lean. Please advice.

The sensor is about the same as 1 hour labor time at the dealer, the sensor will not in most cases be defective with this code, something else is causing this engine to run rich.

How to fix a flasher on 1999 dodge Durango slt magnum

More info needed. Do the brake lights work? If yes, then there are 2 possibilities: The the flasher on/off switch is bad or the flasher unit is bad. A parts store might let you try a flasher unit to see. They can also tell you where the unit is, if you don't know. In small towns, parts stores are more flexible and cooperative.

Chrysler has a service bulletin on these codes along with a software update. Contact the dealer that did the throttle body replace and ask if they did the software update. If not, have them do it. If that fixes the problem, have a little nose-to-nose discussion with the service manager about getting a partial refund on their initial diagnosis

-Need to determine what these codes are before replacing parts.
-After replace, The CODE NEED to be Erase.
-Find these code in its repair manual. So you can pin point what is the problem.

1999 dodge durango heater core

It's a big job. Drain the coolant down, recover the freon in the ac system and disconnect the lines and heater hoses. Lower the steering column, remove the instrument panel assembly, remove the heater housing. Split the case halves on the housing and there you are. Usually around 500 to 700 dollars at a dealership.
