Two things keep the light on, one is a bad switch on the park brake ratchet, the other a low brake fluid level in the master cylinder due to a leak in the system or worn brake pads.

Chime Fuse for the emergency brake?

All questions need 'year make model', and please don't use 'text speak' abbreviations as it causes confusion to the more mature experts.

Generic Answer is 'No'! The reason is that functions like that are a function of the Body Control Module. If you disconnect that, nothing works. Fix the problem, don't try and find a way around it. In the old days, there were sounders, but now the BCM puts chimes though the vehicle audio system even if the radio is switched off!

Emergency lever switch is stuck

More likely it's the adjustable switch under your brake pedal if your brake lights won't turn off. Emergency brake lever does not turn your brake lights on at all. If you are referring to your brake light on the dash, sometimes that is also an indication that your brake fluid is low. Emergency lever switch going bad is very rare.

2003 Escapade by Jayco Class C Motorhome. The display for emergency brake light stays on regardless if the brake is actually on or off. Please advise.

Pull up on the emergency brake pedal with your hand to see if the light will go off. If it will. there is a slack adjustment for the cable going back to the rear brakes. If it won't then the switch is bad or out of adjustment. It's located on the emergency brake pedal

1989 GMC SIERRA BRAKE LIGHT IN DASH STAYS ON [CHECKED FOR AIR IN BRAKE LINES-NO AIR] [BRAKE FLUID LEVEL GOOD] [BRAKE PEDAL PULLED UP] IN DASH BRAKE LIGHT STAYS ON

Check your emergency brake. Make sure it isn't partially pressed in. Try unplugging the switch to the emergency brake and see if the light goes out; if it does the switch is bad.

Emergency brake light stays on the dash. is it a troubleshooting light?

It probably indicates that the cable is not being fully retracted when brake is disengaged. Spray as much of cable as possible with WD-40, allow to sit for a few hours, the engage and disengage the brake several times untill it loosens. If this fails the cable may be stretched and needs to be replaced.

2004 explorer brake light will blink here and there while driving

check and make sure brake fluid is full, if so then the emergency brake has a switch on it that will make the brake light come on. to check this get in vehicle and push emergency brake then release it then take your hand and wiggle the emergency brake peddle and see if the light comes on and off. if so then the peddle is not comming all the way up against the switch this may be solved by just pulling up on the peddle each time the emergency brake is released,
