Changed spark plugs for first time. Drove half a mile and engine cuts off and won't start for about 10 min. then starts and does the same thing. Is their a security ignition cut off feature I'm unaware of and how do you reset it?

- Yes..coil on plug..called dealer he also thinks it's a bad coil. I will buy a good one and replace until problem solved unless there is a coil test I can do??
-   I thought sputtering suggests misfiring..this just dies completely without any sputtering beforehand...one other thing..i noticed in a Haynes manual they mention to disconnect neg battery lead before coil/plug removal. I did'nt do this..wondering if this help to cause the problem or if the coil was on the fritz anyways.

you can test the coil by moving its location and see if it behaves the same way on a different cylinder ie. misfires, I was also going to suggest that you recheck the power connections to each coil

How do I go about changing the instrument light behind the a/c knob? The knob comes off easily, but I have no idea how to access the bulb itself.
