SOURCE: no air kia sephia

I had the same problem, started about 150K miles. It had nothing to do with the fan motor or the switch. my problem was under the fuse box. it was shorting out and i couldn't figure out how to get the wire out or wedge it in to where it would hold, so i got an external inline fuse and bypassed fuse box. when doing that it bypassed the relay as well. by hey, the fan blower works now.

97 kia sephia died while driving now won't start

Check your battery main wires that the terminals are clean and tight, check for CEL codes, check to make sure you are in park if it's an automatic tranny. Check your neutral safety switch if it's a manual shift tranny. Get a repair book for your model it will help diagnosing this.

I have 1996 Kia Sephia. When the air conditioner is on, the power steering doesn't work about half of the time and the car makes a squealing noise when turning, starting, and sometimes when idling....

Loose belt-tighten or worn idler pulley bearings.Tighten belts first and if the squeel is still there remove belt and check all pulley bearings.Grab the pulley by hand and give it a wriggle-there shouldn't be any play axially

No fire to coil

Before you replace the ignition coil, make sure that you do the folowing. Turn ignition to on, move automatic gear shift lever through the gears and when you move it back to park shove it harder than normal. Turn key completely off and then try to start the car.
If the car is not sufficiently in PARK or the park sensor switch is defective it will act like the car is turned off. Also you can try starting in NEUTRAL to troubleshoot whether the car will get fire.

I have a 99 kia sephia. I've changed the spark plugs and wires my coil wire, alternator, and battery. It's gone from not even turning over to starting on it's own. I did the troubleshooting guide in my...

make sure that your clean air intake is all hooked up correctly this is a common problem because when the mass air flow sensor detects too much or too little air it will try to die or idle rocky also if it is correct look to make sure the air filter is clean if not then replace it.
