THE CAR CAN START BUT NO OIL PRESSURE, IT SEEMS MY NEW OIL PUMP IS NOT WORKING, PLEASE HELP
New oil pumps will not work until they are primed . Pull the pump and remove the gears cover Fill the space around the gears with Vaseline / grease and replace the cover/pump. When the engine starts to spin the gears will move the Vaseline out into the oil galleys and create a vacuum which will suck up the oil. The Vaseline/ grease will disperse back into the sump with no ill effects. Ensure the oil pick up pipe is securely in place.

Inside the gas tank. Most fuel injection systems have the fuel pump in the gas tank. You should not run your car down to empty because you can damage the fuel pump.
SOURCE: fuel pump relay
first alway check the simple things first like fuses and relays then start playin with changin out parts. under the hood you sould find a fuse panel if the lid does not tell you what is what you need to look into the service manuel find the fuel pump relay and switch it with the same type relay can works some the doesn't effect the engine like a fan relay for expamle. then try to start engine when turning key to the run pos you sould hear a fant hum or whine from the pump. if thats a no go take the main fuel line off before the fuel filter and see if a good stream of fuel comes out when you turn key to run pos.if so replace fuel filter.

The first stop is to measure the pressure with an external gauge. if the readings are the same, surgery is needed, I would look at the oil pressure relief valve for foreign particles.
It takes resistance to make pressure, and your decsription does not sound good. If the pressure is actually dropping, and you find no issues with the oil pump and pick up, you need to measure bearing clearances... Essentially, everywhere oil is pumped needs to be inspected...
