Has misfire on #1 cyclinder. Where isthat located?

The cylinder is part of the main engine block .Hard to sabotage unless the engine really has a faulty piston or cylinder. If you suspect sabotage, try checking if the spark plug is fully tightened and the plug lead is fully engaged. If all checks out the next stage would be compression tests on the cylinders. Again if all checks out ok look at replacing coil packs.If compressions are poor then engine strip down and piston/ring replacement may be required. I,m afraid its a trial and error scenario
