2001Jeep Grand Cherokee electric engine cooling fan wont turn off
I have a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the electric cooling fan wont shut off. It drained my battery.How can i check the relay? and how much does a new relay cost?

If the coolest was low it is going somewhere. If you filled the radiator and immediately heard tapping it could be coolent hitting fan or even a blown headmaster. It is possible the coolent and tapping aren't related at all and your oil is low.
The fan thermostat or relay is probably shot.Trace the wiring from the rad to the engine block to a longish brass nut (the thermostat can be returned as its non-electrical if that's not the problem) The relay i cant help you with.
