Problem for Hyundai 2007 Tiburon

Need to take the horn cover off steeringwheel

the plastic is badly faded on the sides of the steeringwheel i would like to replace them but dont want to take any covers off because the horn and airbag are right there they are held in with two screws under this horn cover how do i remove this safely

Disconnect the Battery before doing anything, then remove the screews.
