The WA code should be at the bottom of the tag. It isn't there?

My trunk pops open randomly on a 2011 regal buick.

Check the rear compartment lid unlatch relay in the under hood fuse box . The open switch is an input to the BCM - body control module , when pushed the BCM applies B+ voltage to energize the relay sending B+ voltage to lid latch motor opening the trunk . If not the relay the BCM may be at fault . May have DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes stored .

Tire compartment is full of water. The carpet in the trunk is not wet. it appears new and well kept. like the water is coming from below.

If you have a center brake light in the trunk lid. This is how the water gets in the well. I silicone all them. Sometimes the rear spoiler will let water in also. I also drill a hole in the bottom to drain the water. Sometimes there are plastic plugs you can pop out under the spare tire.

Spare tire compartment is full of water

Well, you have a gasket leak around the trunk lid is my opinion. Check the rubber seal around the lid for tears or missing pieces. You can get a new gasket at any parts store. And a wet vac will take care of the water in the trunk. Good luck

Call dealer with VIN# from vehicle, they may also ask for a set of service code #'s which are on a label usually on glove box door, on spare tire cover, on trunk lid, or on one of the doors or pillars.Hope this helps!
