ok....I am guessing that you are grinding the gears...well in that case make sure your clutch and the pressure plate for the clutch is in good shape. also make sure the throw out bearing is good. If all of them are good then check your Clutch Master Cylinder and Slave Cylinder...both of them can cause the clutch slippage....!!!
