The easiest thing I would recommend is to replace the brake components, The emergency brake cables and the back brakes. I would get brake cleaner or a silicone lubricant like wd 40 and apply it to the brake drums in the back for a few days to loosen the up rust that has formed on the brakes . The cable is most likely rusted inside the insulation and is frozen.

If the e brake is stuck the cables are likely bad anyways. Just cut the cables right at the back of the backing plates for the rear brakes. Then replace the cables if you really want to fix them. You regular brakes will still work fine.

With our 2000 Firebird the Door locks also didn't work. A couple of solder joints became loos on a BCM module located under the glove box area inside a plastic case we had to remove. All's good now on ours after resoldering the locations I found on another site.

Both back wheels locked while driving, didn't touch the brakes, cant even push it

was this sitting for a while previous to this problem? the calipers can become rusty over time when sitting, and can easily lock up the first time you press the brakes after moving it.

Can't remove the headrest on my 89 firebird.

At the base of the pipe that runs from the headrest to the seat, you should find a couple of small holes. Poke a small nail in them to release the headrest.
